Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, here's how returns work.
Change of mind: 14 days
- You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- You pay the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns.
- Earrings can only be returned unworn and sealed, for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised items (custom letters or photos) can't be returned for change of mind, as they're made just for you.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
- If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo.
- We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. You won't pay for return shipping.
- Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, including returning defective goods within 6 months, are not affected by this policy.
How to start a return
- Email godsminerals.co@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as they may not reach us.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
